自己啓発オタクの僕ですし、こうしてブログで発信してるので、かなりの頻度でこの質問を受けます。オンライン・オフライン問わず。
こう思うひとが多い原因の大部分は「あなたもできるマーケティング」の結果だと思っています。
「あなたもできるマーケティング」とは、「個人の時代」「自立」「独立」などのワードを振りかざし、従業員として働くことをやめ、
自由に！
自分らしく！
ハートのワクワクに従うままに！
生きようよ。というマーケティングです。洗脳です。
もちろんこの流れ自体は悪いことではないし、実際に、いまの日本は歴史上でもナンバー１に独立起業のしやすい状態とも言えます。僕もできたわけですし。
２、たったひとつの条件
ということで、独立してフリーでやってる友人と議論した結果、たったひとつの「独立して生きて行けるひとの条件」が判明したのでここで公表します。
それは勝手にドンドンやっちゃうひと。です。
えぇ。勝手にドンドンやっちゃうひと。です。
「独立」の字のまんまなんですよね。独りで立たないとダメなんです。
独りで立つのがイヤなら、瞬く間に「雇用」の沼に沈んで行きます。ズブズブ。
自分の願望を明確にし、必要なことを調べて、必要なアクションを実行し、改善し続ける。
これら全てのプロセスが大事で、それぞれの段階についてのアドバイスはできるし関連書籍はいくらでもあります。
けどそれを「他人」に頼ったり求めちゃってる時点で、起業とか独立とは違う次元で活動してます。
３、「起業したいんですけど」
「起業したい」と頭の中で思うことは全然イイ。けど、
「起業したいんですけど・・・」に続く質問を誰かにしてるということは、その時点で「誰かに頼ろう」という精神状態なんです。
なので、
「起業したいんですけど・・・」は、“質問の内容”ではなく、そういう発言をするという“態度”の面を見て、
「あなたにはムリ」というのが、妥当な返答なのです。
独立して、起業したりフリーになりたいのなら、相談してるひまあるんなら、勝手にドンドンやってしまえ。それしか成功の道はない。
